How do I book a shoot?
Booking is simple. You can contact us through social media DM, call or text us directly, or submit an inquiry through our contact page. Once we discuss your vision, date, and shoot details, a deposit is required to officially secure your booking.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings to lock in your shoot date and time.
Can you help with creative ideas?
Absolutely. We help with concepts, shot lists, locations, styling direction, and overall creative vision to make your content stand out.
How long does it take to receive my photos or videos?
Turnaround time depends on the project:
Photos: typically 3–5 business days
Reels/short-form videos: typically 5–10 business days
Music videos & larger projects: varies by scope
Rush delivery may be available upon request.
How will I receive my final content?
All final photos and videos are delivered digitally through a private online gallery or downloadable link. Your content will be high-quality and ready for social media posting, personal use, or business marketing.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Clients may reschedule their session with advance notice depending on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new date. Cancellations made last minute may result in loss of deposit. A $25 late fee will be applied after 15 minutes past the scheduled session time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled depending on weather conditions to ensure the best possible results.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. Travel is available for select projects. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and distance.
